How to Connect to Wi-Fi on Windows 11

You can easily connect to Wi-Fi Using the quick settings panel. Here are steps to connect to a Wi-Fi network:

Step 1: To access the Wi-Fi option, click on the “Quick Settings” menu.

Step 2: Now to turn on the Wi-Fi click on the Wi-Fi icon. Then click on the arrow icon to see the list of Wi-Fi networks available.

Step 3: Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to, then click on the “Connect Automatically” check box and click on the “Connect” button.

Step 4: If the Wi-Fi network is secured with a password, you will see a text box labeled “Enter the network security key.” Enter the Wi-Fi network password in the box and click the “Next” button.

Step 5: You’ll see a “Verifying and Connecting” message as Windows connects to the Wi-Fi network. Once connected, you’ll see a “Connected” message. Click outside the Quick Settings menu to close the menu, and you are ready to use the network.

How to Connect to Wi-Fi Using Windows Settings

There is another way to connect to the Wi-Fi network. You can use the Windows Settings app. Here is how you can do it.

Step 1: Open the “Setting” app. For that, use the Win + I shortcut key.

Step 2: Click on the “Network & Internet” tab from the left panel of the Settings window. Then, select the “Wi-Fi” option and turn it on.

Step 3: Here you will get the Wi-Fi settings. Click on the “Show Available Networks” option to see the list of all the available networks. Then select the name of the network you’d like to connect to.

Step 4: If the Wi-Fi network is secured, you need to enter the Wi-Fi network password in the box and click the “Next” button to connect to the network.
