Robotic Process automation works hand in hand with AI when human interference is the least. Robotic process automation mostly schedules mails that take into account the time stamps at which the emails are sent out.
AI, on the other hand, works seamlessly in producing hour-long Spotify playlists that you have on your “Songs you might like” section and videos on YouTube in your recommended section. Thus depending upon the kind of data we feed to AI, this innovative content varies. This shows that AI is interactive, and RPA is not.
6. Brain and Brawn
RPAs can also allow auto replying of emails once an email reaches you with the help of an AI. The RPA opens up the mail and then transfers it to the AI for processing. AI then processes the natural language in the mail and gets an idea of the content of the email and the tone of speech used in it.
Then the AI produces an appropriate reply to the mail and sends it over to the RPA. The latter in turn sends the mail. Although they have different preferences and work methods, RPA and AI are made to work hand in hand. And in the process, AI acts as the brain and RPA as the brawn.
Despite their differences, RPA and AI are the perfect soul and vessel to achieve sentience.
