How to Change Background on Windows 11

In this section, I am going to show you three ways by which you can change the desktop background on Windows 11.

1. Change Default Wallpaper on Windows 11

If you can want to change the default wallpaper on Windows 11, then follow the following steps: 

Step 1: Click on “Start Menu” and click on “Settings”.

Step 2: Now click on “Personalization“, then click on “Background“.

Step 3: Here on the “Personalize your Background” option select “Picture” from the drop-down options.

Step 4: From the recent images panel, select your desktop background.

2. Set Solid Color as Your Desktop Background

Now if you want to set any solid color as your desktop background, then follow the following steps:

Step 1: Click on “Start Menu” and click on “Settings”.

Step 2: Now click on “Personalization“, then click on “Background“.

Step 3: Here on the “Personalize your Background” option select “Solid Color” from the drop-down options.

Step 4: From the “Choose your Background color” panel, set your desired color as a desktop background on Windows 11.

How to Set Any Picture as Your Desktop Background

If you want to set any picture as a desktop background, then follow the following steps:

Step 1: Click on “Start Menu” and click on “Settings”.

Step 2: Now click on “Personalization“, then click on “Background“.

Step 3: Click “Browse” to search for an image you’ve saved on your PC and then click on “Choose Picture“.
